### LiveCourt FAQs

**Q: Do I need to already use PodPlay?**
A: Yes. LiveCourt connects to your existing PodPlay Booking system. It does not replace PodPlay or change how you take bookings.

**Q: How long does setup take?**
A: We typically need around 10 hours on our side. Most clubs go live within 1 to 2 weeks of kickoff, once we have PodPlay access and your branding assets.

**Q: What happens to my existing bookings?**
A: Nothing changes in PodPlay. LiveCourt reads your booking data and displays it on your website. It doesn't move, edit, or duplicate anything in PodPlay.

**Q: What's included in ongoing support?**
A: Both plans include one hour of support each month for updates, small content changes, and troubleshooting. Larger feature work is quoted separately.

**Q: Can I cancel the locked plan early?**
A: The Locked plan is a 12-month commitment with no early cancellation. When the term ends, you can cancel with 30 days' notice or switch to the Flexible plan.

**Q: What if I want to switch plans later?**
