The problem

Websites are disconnected from the sports club

Years building for pickleball and padel clubs across the US and beyond surfaces the same problem every time: the website is static, and a static site has no reason for anyone to come back to. No live data. No community. Nothing that changes day to day. LiveCourt fixes that at the source.

  • Nothing for search engines or AI to read

No live programming means no live content. Search engines and AI tools have nothing current to crawl, so the club stays invisible where people are actually looking.

  • The data already exists, it's just locked in the booking app

PodPlay is full of real, live club data. Schedules, activity, programming. Almost none of it ever reaches the website, so the community never sees what's actually happening.

  • Static websites make even AI do heavy lifting

Bolting AI onto a static site still means someone has to feed it the data manually first. Without a live connection, AI has nothing current to work with either.

  • Static website, live club

The website shows whatever was last updated by hand. The club itself never stops moving.

  • Two sources of truth that don't talk to each other

PodPlay has the real data. The website has whatever someone remembered to copy over. LiveCourt makes PodPlay the single source of truth and the website just reflects it, live.

  • No true white label option, anywhere

Club owners can't shape the experience as their own. Even basic things like tournament displays mean bolting on a third-party app instead of running it through a platform that's actually theirs.

Product in action

See it live

This is what members and staff see the moment they open LiveCourt. No login screens to dig through, no admin panel to learn. Just the club, live.

How it works

Connect. Reflect. Run live.

Three layers, one stack: PodPlay at the base, live data in the middle, LiveCourt on top — so the website finally reflects what the club is doing right now.

What you get

Built for the floor of the club

This isn't another admin panel. It's what your club looks like when the data you already have finally gets to work for you.

  • Live tournament info

Standings, brackets, and results update automatically as the tournament runs, no one typing scores into a CMS.

  • Player standings

Rankings and stats pulled straight from live data, always current, no manual leaderboard updates.

  • Video highlights

A home for match footage and highlight clips that actually lives on the club's own site.

  • AI concierge

Members can ask the site a question and get a live answer, not a dead FAQ page.

  • Club shop

Merch and gear sold directly through the site, another reason to visit beyond checking the schedule.

  • Community calendar

Every event, social, and open play session in one place, searchable and always up to date.

  • Built to be found, not just built to look good

Structured so search engines and AI search tools can crawl and surface live club content directly, tournament results, schedules, standings, without anyone touching a CMS.

  • Content that actually promotes the club

Blog posts, event pages, and standings built to be shared, not just displayed. Every result becomes a story worth posting, not a number buried in a table.

  • Built on years of running content for pickleball and padel

Blog structures, event page formats, and standings displays shaped by what's actually worked across the pickleball and padel industries, not a generic template.

  • A reason to come back

Fresh content, live standings, and event coverage give members and prospects an actual reason to revisit the site between bookings, not just check it once and forget it.

  • Community that builds on itself

Every event, result, and post adds to a shared story the whole club can follow, turning the website into part of the community instead of a static brochure for it.

FAQ

Questions clubs ask first

Do I need to already use PodPlay?

Yes. LiveCourt connects to your existing PodPlay Booking system — it doesn't replace PodPlay or change how you take bookings.

How long does setup take?

We typically need around 10 hours on our side. Most clubs go live within 1–2 weeks of kickoff, once we have PodPlay access and your branding assets.

What happens to my existing bookings?

Nothing changes in PodPlay. LiveCourt reads your booking data and displays it on your website. It doesn't move, edit, or duplicate anything in PodPlay.

What's included in ongoing support?

Both plans include one hour of support each month — updates, small content changes, and troubleshooting. Larger feature work is quoted separately.

Can I cancel the locked plan early?

The Locked plan is a 12-month commitment with no early cancellation. When the term ends, you can cancel with 30 days' notice or switch to the Flexible plan.

What if I want to switch plans later?

You can upgrade from Flexible to Locked at any time. If you're on Locked, switching to Flexible isn't available mid-term — get in touch before renewal and we'll work it out.
